The Registrar's academic record-keeping functions include: producing transcripts of a student's academic history, verifying a student's enrollment status, ensuring the collection and proper maintenance of undergraduate/graduate grades, ensuring that a student's academic record is accurate, transfer credit evaluation, degree audit, withdrawing from school, and petitioning for academic exception.
This academic record information may exist in electronic, hard-copy, or microfilm form and is maintained following guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Transcripts are essential for verifying your academic achievements and supporting applications for graduate programs or job opportunities.
